AMG Entertainment, Inc., one of the industry's fastest growing record labels, announced today that it has signed a joint venture letter of agreement to create a new music company with award-winning hit producer and songwriter Marti Frederiksen and seasoned music attorney and entrepreneur Eric Galen.
Mr. Frederiksen has been in the music industry for over 25 years, having co-written and produced hits such as Aerosmith's "Jaded", Buckcherry's "Sorry," and many others. He will also join AMG as Executive Vice President and serve on its Advisory Board.
