Since its inception, Skype has focused on mass market consumers in its product development and communication. Notwithstanding, when we ask our users, some 30% say they use Skype in a business setting. Until now, Skype has generally been adopted by individuals and not by the business itself so we are building a new focused team to create and manage our Business offering.


It is to this new Business team that we are looking to recruit an Enterprise Sales Manager.


As Enterprise Sales Manager you will be responsible for engaging with enterprise customers and building the Skype for Business Enterprise proposition globally. This is a great opportunity to be instrumental to the growth of Skype in the enterprise market place and will suit an experienced professional looking for a new challenge.


Key Responsibilities

This role will see you:

· Focus on account managing customers with 2000+ employees either directly, fulfilling via the system integrator channels or account mapping with partners to identify opportunities through our existing customer base.?

· The enterprise Sales manager will identify, pursue and close the most accessible & strategic enterprise opportunities.?

· This person must be effective in fostering executive level relationships, identifying and clarifying customer needs and liaising with other departments and partners to build the best solution for the customer.

· This person must have a solid background in Enterprise sales. Communications, SaaS or networking experience will be of benefit and experience of deployment and implementation of large and/?or competitive technology software systems within an enterprise customer setting will also be favourable.

· The enterprise sales manager should have a good knowledge of VOIP industry, experience in multiple verticals including Travel, Education, Services, telecommunications, and media are all a plus.


Pre-requisite Knowledge, Skills and Experience

· Excellent written & verbal communication skills with experience persuading CxO level audiences.

· Position requires several years relevant Enterprise Sales experience including expertise in project management and deployment.?

· Demonstrable ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to cost savings, productivity, and competitive edge is a must.

· Particular interest in Connectivity, PBX's, SIP, Security, CRM, or SaaS.?

· Strong experience developing enterprise accounts with a direct and channel route to market.
